What if an employees childcare cost are more than the tax free allowance a month?
The employee can claim the maximum amount of their allowance and pay the rest of the fees themselves.
Or they can take the full amount of their fees as a voucher,saving TAX an NI on the allowance only, anything over this will be subject to Tax and NI and needs to show on the P11D.
