What if an employees childcare cost are more than £243 a month?
The employee can claim the maximum amount of £243 as a voucher and pay the rest of the fees themselves, or they can take the full amount of there fees as a voucher, but they will only save the TAX an NI on the £243, anything over this will be taxed on.
