If an employee has an overpayment with the carer and they wish the money to be refunded, the carer will need to refund Early Years Vouchers.  Early Years Vouchers can then put the money into an online account for the employee to use at a later date or we can refund you, for you to put back into there wage and they will be taxed and NI on.  Employers would need to send an email to confirm they are happy for us to refund the company.
