What do I need to do if a parent pays me too much?
If a parent over pays you and they have a credit on there account with you, you can hold this towards there next invoice. If the child has left and they are not owing you anything then please refund Early Years Vouchers the money quoting the parents name and we will put it back into the parents Early Years account.
