Early Years Vouchers is a trading name of Enjoy Benefits Ltd, a privately owned company focusing on the provision of childcare voucher schemes to help employers, employees and carers to financially prosper from the childcare voucher legislation, which was introduced to the UK in 2005.

Since 2005, we have enjoyed working with all types and sizes of organisations, helping their introduction of childcare voucher schemes to run smoothly and profitably for all parties concerned.

We attribute much of our sucess to the excellence and personal nature of our customer service with the admin team knowing their clients by name and nature of their business.

There is none of the faceless anonymity found with call centres run by some of our competitors.

Instead, Early Years gives strong, personal relationships with people who are accountable whenever needed.

Using an online system to administer childcare vouchers ensures Early Years place security and usability at a premium, while R&D is ongoing to ever-improve our system and service.

Unlike many competitors, we allow any employer to join the scheme regardless of their number of employees, and do not set fixed term contracts, nor charge any entry or exit fees.

Our management fees are deliberately fixed at a point to ensure satisfaction all round, ensuring clients are content and that we give a value for money service.

Amanda Ward - Corporate and Marketing Director, Company Secretary With 20 years experience in marketing and a daughter aged 12, Amanda has been working in the childcare service industry for nearly 10 years now. With a BA Hons in Business Studies from the Oxford Polytechnic as was, she has worked in marketing for a huge variety of companies such as Agfa Gevaert Ltd, Securicor, Vimto and Staywell - who make cat flaps!

David Haughton - Technical Manager David came to us with a 30 year history in engineering and a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Salford University. Lately working in the UK Motor Racing Industry in which he still has an interest, David is married and lives with his wife, Amanda and their son. He has 4 children from a previous marriage. Heading up the technical side of the company and involved from the companies inception, he deals with the computer systems, databases, website structures and processes. As is his partner, he is also an Adult Placement Carer and they have three people with learning disabilities living with them in their home on a longterm basis.

Amanda Haughton - Director and married to David in 2009, working part time on payment processing, accounts and business plans. Amanda's backgound is secretarial and as a successful business woman owned and operated a retail outlet in the motor trade. Amanda is also an Adult Placement Carer and along with David is the prime carer for three people currently living in their home.

Christopher Wales - Chris is a very experienced accountant and has been brought in to bring our already good accounting processes up to a new high standard. Organising the interfaces between our automated reporting systems, Sage accounting, BacsIp software and the banking software, Chris is concentrating on reconciling and improving the speed of transactions. Being able to track and trace transactions is a very important part of the process
