Sales/Customer Service Administrator

Hours of work Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm (37.5hrs)

Location Heaton Chapel, Stockport. Office based.

Starting salary £15,000+

Holidays 23 days per annum (plus bank holidays)

Employment Term Temporary cover 12-months - leading to permanent position for suitable candidate

We are a company based near Stockport who provide clients with the childcare voucher benefit. We are seeking an experienced customer service administrator who also possesses some sales experience.

The job involves:

Client Liaison using telephone and e-mail Converting leads into sales as well as generating new sales

You will be

- A brilliant people person - Good at building relationships with clients on all levels - Possess a bright proactive personality & be used to working to clear targets - Able to organise own workload

Ideally you will have

- Experience in a role where regular client contact was essential - Excellent telephone/communication skills - Excellent computer skills and familiar with all Microsoft Office applications (particularly Word and Excel)
