If you are a carer with multiple addresses, as some nursery groups have, please contact us on 0800 781 1652 for more information on registering. You should register all the seperate locations as seperate entities but you can administer all the accounts from within a single master account.
A note on bank account details. Sort sodes are 6 numbers and accounts are 8 numbers. Some banks have strange numbering, like LLoyds. They have a 5 digit sort code with a 9 digit account number. Use the first digit of the account number to make up the 6 digit sort code and leave it off the account number. Some banks and building societies require a reference or roll number as well to complete payment, please enter this in the carer reference field in your details once registered and it will be your bacs reference number, it will be on all payments to you. Most banks add the references to your statements, unfortunately HSBC do not and there is nothing we can do about it.

Childcare Body Registration Details
These are required due to Inland Revenue instructions that the employer has access to certain details of the carer. Different bodies have different requirements but you will all have some form of registration, be it Ofsted, Surestart, Care Commission etc. The registration setup is having a big revamp at Ofsted and Surestart so make sure you know what is happening and contact them if you do not. If the expiry date of your registration is not known at this time leave as today's date, technically this would mean your account would be inactive but until the expiry date situation is clarified it will remain active.

We use a choice of 3 types of payment reference numbers and you can choose which one to use, you will find more info once registered.
