We hope you have liked the 'new' improved website and online childcare voucher facility, we are shortly going to rebrand the website image and add new functionality.
All our literature and website will reflect the new image. As well as this change there will be improved customer interfaces within your online accounts and more functionality.
The move to our new offices has been a great success and allowed us to bring all the systems under one corporate roof.
Our new telephone system has been a great success and we are improving it even further to enhance our communications.
The Inland Revenue is making great efforts to publicise and streamline the voucher system, they are looking to increase the awareness of the benefit. We are attending regular meetings at the Treasury (HMRC) building and participating in the childcare forum. We will keep you informed of anything we learn.
We have some interesting news on when you can apply for vouchers. HMRC have confirmed that even if you do not have a carer as yet you can still claim £243 per month to be used at a later date. Also you are allowed to bank your allowance without issuing a voucher as long as you only bank from the moment you make that decision. In other words if you decide this April to not take your allowance till July you are quite entitled to do that and take 1 voucher in July for £972 and that falls in line with the regulations regarding salary sacrifice. What you cannot do is suddenly decide in July 'hey, childcare vouchers!! i think i will take them from April and have £972 this month'. You cannot go back in time with requests that are then applied to salary sacrifice. Ask us for clarification if you want to bank your allowance, all accounts are set to choose to bank from the moment you join by default.
Nat West Bank PLC have improved the systems we have for tracking incoming and outgoing payments and the new BACS payaway system has been integrated into our voucher redemption system. Some carers are paid the same day and the longest you will have to wait is 3 working days, a vast improvement!! And the referencing of the payments has also been improved. With the new Autopay and Auto Approve systems speed of payment is lightning fast for carers and parents that subscribe to the system.
One of the biggest improvements of our system is the ability of companies and carers to administer multiple accounts from one master account, this makes admin so much easier
Dealing with thousands of clients as we do, the website is a dynamic breathing entity that is the heartbeat of the company and the service we offer. Our own admin section has been radically extended to improve the service we give and to improve response times to clients
We have also sourced faster servers and backups for our internal and external nternet systems.
